At Country Lane, our parent dogs are more than just part of our program, they’re our family. Each one has been thoughtfully selected for their temperament, health, and that signature Country Lane charm we all love.
We raise our dogs in a dedicated space created just for them and their comfort, prioritizing gentle temperaments, trainability, and beautiful, classic coloring. Every litter begins with these incredible parents, and we’re so proud to introduce them to you.

Opal
AKC BERNESE MOUNTAIN DOG

We brought Opal into our program as a puppy and we have loved her charm and spunk ever since! Opal is a stunning Berner girl with beautiful structure, rich tan points, and a lovely smaller size which is perfect for us! She can often be seen smiling, which is just one of the things we adore about her!

Goldie

Goldie (and her sis Greta) was born here at Country Lane to two of our OG Country Lane dogs, Hoss and Dixie. These two were where it all started for us so we were thrilled to carry on their incredible structure and lineage after their retirement. Goldie is SUCH a lover. There is nothing she loves more than to lean on you and look up at you with the biggest brown eyes. Her steady, easy going temperament makes for incredible companion puppies.

Greta (and her sis Goldie) was born here at Country Lane to two of our OG Country Lane dogs, Hoss and Dixie. These two were where it all started for us so we were thrilled to carry on their incredible structure and lineage after their retirement. Greta is friendly and always such a happy, in your pocket type girlie. She never meets a stranger and is outgoing yet calm in new situations which is a temperament that I LOVE.

AKC STANDARD POODLE

Thank you to Andromeda at Mythos Poodles for our Emi girl. We were thrilled to find a full sister to our late standard poodle stud, Ace, and love that we have the opportunity to continue his legacy after his passing with his sissy, Emi. She fits right in with our crew, and loves to hang with the doodles. She happily accompanies us on any adventure and is just our quiet little shadow following along politely.

Raven

Raven was born here at Country Lane to her now retired parents Bubba and Wilma, a pairing we were obsessed with and Raven is proof! She has these beautiful vibrant tan markings, a perfect inky black coat, and of course that signature traditional white blaze. Her blocky structure and wavy coat are perfection and we adore her confident, playful personality.

We got Hazel (and her sister Harper) as a puppy and it has been so fun watching her grow up and become such an incredible mama! She is an absolute sweetie and love love loves affection. She will wiggle her way right into your heart, no doubt! She is a Phantom Merle with gorgeous black markings marbled into her plush grey coat with tan and a few white markings mixed in. Her unique coloring gives her litters such fun variety!

F1 MINI BERNEDOODLE

Harper came to us as a puppy (with her sister Hazel) and she has grown up to be such a phenomenal dog! She's my lazy girl and loves nothing more than some chill, quality time and lounging which we are big fans of here! Her Phantom Merle coloring is beautiful with gorgeous black markings marbled throughout her soft grey coat with tan and a few white markings mixed in. We love the variety that comes with her litters!

Thank you to Elli at A + E Farms for our boy, Joey! I had been searching for the perfect Bernese line to add to our program that would compliment what we have and Joey does just that. He is structurally so impressive. His big blocky face and body embody the breed standard so well, and his happy, lovable, big teddy bear personality definitely doesn't hurt either.

Samson came to us from a program who was downsizing and we felt like we won the lottery! We said "Um, yes PLEASE! We will absolutely take him off your hands!" He is such a sweet little guy and definitely doesn't act like he's the smallest dog at Country Lane! He is a rare Chocolate Merle Tri Color and we just couldn't love him or his puppies any more!
