Please download are read through Country Lane's purchase agreement below. If your application is accepted and you wish to proceed with reserving your spot on a litter's selection list, you will need to have a clear understanding of the Dog Health Warranty.

I understand that all puppies are sold on a strict spay/neuter contract and agree to spay/neuter by 12 months of age.
I understand that my reservation fee is nonrefundable for any reason other than not finding what I'm looking for during puppy selections at 7 weeks of age. In that event, I will be refunded half ($250) of my reservation and forfeit the other $250. I will not be added to a wait list but may re-apply in the future and receive a $250 credit towards my reservation fee at that time.
